Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Back Pain Issue During Long Car Driving

I feel severe back pain when I drive a car for more than 4 hours continuously. I have also used molty foam back care to avoid this pain but it did not worked. I also sometimes feel minor back pain under normal circumstances but this is rare and I do not feel any severe back pain under normal circumstances and I do not have any other disease/illness. Since my job roles requires more than 4 hours driving continuously once a week so please help me and suggest me a cure/solution to avoid this back pain so that I can drive for more than 5 hours continuously.
