For weight gain, but if you have any posture issues consult Orthopedic Surgeon, but in the photo problem is not obvious

Good morning, It seems like you are worried about your posture and thin physique. From medical perspective thin physique is a very good thing to have. However bit of muscle would go nicely and drastically improve your overall fitness and physique. All you have to do is anaerobic Exercise, exercise that will lead to some cramps and bit of short breath. Take plenty of rest between your workout sessions. Some of the best exercises are basic pushups, pull ups, And squats. Do them at your pace. Don’t stress about your physique too much. It will benefit you in later days to come. But incorporating some basic exercises in daily schedule will boost your muscular gain and protect your health for years to come. Regards.
