I’m suffering from a severe cervical pain from the past few months! I consulted a physiotherapist but it didn’t work for me. I went to the orthopaedic and it worked. I was on medication but I didn’t complete my course because I felt okay with and didn’t had pain anymore. After a few days, this lockdown happened and due to the weird sleeping cycle, stress and working way too much has triggered my pain again! I’m unable to sleep these and I usually wake up with this terrible pain around my neck and shoulders.
What should I do?

Cervical pain is no history. Please elaborate your symptoms.
Type of pain, any radiation, limitation of neck movement, if working lady nature of your job. What are associated other symptoms like numbness. Considering your age 25 yrs, history and examination important.
