Hi I have so much pain in my neck due to which i feel disturb and my memory is gone weak. I have done MRI of my cervical spine the neurophysican told me to use medicines i am using it but still i have pain in it. I have pain only on the top of the neck not in the whole neck.

I did exercise of my neck for two days but it increases my neck pain. Kindly doctor give my better advice i am near to commit suicide as no one helping me.
