Hi I have so much pain in my neck due to which i feel disturb and my memory is gone weak. I have done MRI of my cervical spine the neurophysican told me to use medicines i am using it but still i have pain in it. You need to massage both sides of your neck with Voltarol Emulgel 2% morning and evening for 10 minutes on each session for 5 days. Please do your own exercises of the neck and get techniques from google 3 times daily. I have pain only on the top of the neck not in the whole neck.

I did exercise of my neck for two days but it increases my neck pain. Kindly doctor give my better advice i am near to commit suicide as no one helping me.
