Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Chronic Knee Infection (reports Attached)

MY PREVIOUS POST: (Dear doctor, have a rare medical case, i have chronic pyogenic infection in both lateral side of knees, its frustrating. Over the past 2 years, i have tried everything, every big doctors of my city. At first it was misinterpreted as Tubercolosis of bone but later after no recovery, biopsy occured and its reports showed chronic pyogenic infection . I took antibiotics but still no healing. Please help me , guide me what to do. Every doctor I have consulted with are unable to treat it or even understand the whole case properly.

your case needs to be doscussed in detail. have you taken tb medication. ? any history of discharge from bone?? if yes any culture sensitivity report??

CBC reports me everything is completely normal except ESR and CRP and ESR are out of range. CRP is 8.9g/dL and ESR is 70mm/hr. I feel pain in movements like any type of activity or sitting or squat. There is less mobility but not severe pain. Somedays its less while somedays its pretty stiff.

you should consult orthopaedic surgeon again, based on your MRI and biopsy report, you would need debridement and long term IV Antibiotics.

I have taken tb medicine for 5-6 months and after my reports it was stopped slowly. It was myrin and vita 6 with calcium tablet. No discharge from bone or anything.
