Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Collarbone Fracture

My father had surgery two months ago for a fractured collarbone. The doctor fixed the fracture by inserting a metal plate in his shoulder. We recently went for a follow-up check-up, and the doctor said that the plate has come loose (or shifted out of place). He told us that my father will need another operation to fix the problem. Now I need ur suggestion, what I do now.
