Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Deltoid Region Wound

There was inflammation in Deltoid muscle so we consultant with orthopedic surgeon nearby in Umerkot he did surgery of wound and then there was infection occurred After 2 Weeks later we went to Hyderabad in Isra Hospital Where wound was opened again Bcz of previous surgery wasn't good and so again surgery was done in Hyderabad last week , now there's foreign body infection Agha Khan test for Deltoid region histopathology indicates Sinus tract tunneling Kindly tell me now What to do？ I'm putting test report here. . .
