Need to know your Vit D3 level.

yes bone grafting is recommended after 4 months of plating. bone bridging is taking place but it's strength will not be enough to take repetitive load.

please do physical therapy for your knee range of movements and the fracture is trying to unite and will unite In Sha Allah.
Take some vitamin D supplements and focus on your Diet.
