since last 2 years pain in palm joint had inj once but no cure pls adv with which report meet you ? what to do ?

Dequervain's disease is initially treated with medicines. Persistent cases warrants treatment with intralesional steroid injections or more recently with orthobiological treatment as PRP as the former injection poses a risk to tendon substance. Resistant cases are treated with surgery, however it is rarely required.
