Hope you are doing well

I had a bike accident on August 5
My left elbow dislocate and muscle damage of my right arm
Elbow locate now but my arm didn\'t straight 
Have stiffness and pain on rotation 
M ny treatment apna JARAH sy krwaya tha 
Wo keh rahay malish krty raho sahi ho jaye ga

Also I have restless legs

Please help kr dain a Mujy kis sy consult krna chahiye

Thank you. There seems to be a fracture of Radius Head ( Bone on outer side of elbow) Now 6 weeks since fracture, start gentle range of movement in your elbow and don't use force. Better repeat XRay of your elbow AP and Lateral view and consult any orthopedic Surgeon near you for proper assessment. Start some medicine like Diclofenac sodium 50 mg 1+1 after food. Omeprazole 20mg one tablet at night if you feel heartburn or pain in stomach. May take some time to get your movements back in your elbow. Hope for the best Inshallah
