Assalamu Alaikum Sir my age is fifty and i have light pain in my right arm elbow its not severe oftenly not feel at rest but on movement light pain felt not used any pain killer for it when move or bend my arm then feel light pain which is not severe also pain felt when closing and opening my full hand please guide thanks any precautions as i also use bike for my travel to office

Thank you. Pain on thumb side of your elbow or little finger side of your elbow? Common diagnosis is "Tennis elbow". Better to see any orthopedic Surgeon near you for proper assessment necessary investigations and than management. Meanwhile you can start following medicine. Ibuprofen 400 mg one tablet twice daily after food for pain . Omeprazole 20mg one tablet at night if you feel heartburn or pain in stomach. If it's Tennis elbow it may take long time to settle.
