Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Feel Pain With Tail Bone. Feeling Pain In My Large Intestine On Ass Hole

Since 4 months ago I has been attending the washroom and setting on English commode but for a reason when I has washing myself that time I has set on opposite side. So I feel little pain. Then I has done my ablustion and stand for prayer and suddenly the pain is rapidly increased and also my feel so cold then later on the fever has gone and also the pain for a time. After a few days I feel the pain in my back bone joints with disks so I visit orthopaedic doctor and has done my x-ray and the reports was fine. But I have pain continuously then just a couple of weeks ago I visited another doctor Internal medicine doctor he checked me physically and he said that your lower hole is infected and give me the medication 1. Amoxicillin/ clavulanic acid. 2.Diclofenac sodium 3.metronidazol 4. A injection which has injected at both legs. But I'm still not recovering and have feelings little pain even I completed the 2 weeks of medication course.
