rhe mri is not much clear but there are significant disc bulges at multiple levels. medical treatment will be prolonged along with some activity modification.
however you should consult spine surgeon and plan accordingly.
Need to see better images, looks like multiple level compressions, might need decompression surgery

Better if your mother could be seen by Orthopedic or Spinal Surgeon for better evaluation to establish the diagnosis and than proper management.

Kindly Consult spinal as there is multiple level stenosis and compression on roots for physical examination to rule out other causes. Feet pain is very rare if any with this condition.

Certainly! Based on the image, it appears to be an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scan of the lumbar spine (L- spine).
Here's a breakdown of what I can observe:
* **Image Type:** The images are likely sagittal views, meaning they show the spine from the side. This is a common view for assessing the spinal cord, vertebral bodies, intervertebral discs, and surrounding soft tissues.
*
**Anatomical Region:** The scan is focused on the lumbar spine, which is the lower part of the back.
* **Purpose:** MRI scans are used to evaluate a variety of spinal conditions, including:
* Disc herniations or bulges
*
Spinal stenosis (narrowing of the
spinal canal)
*
Degenerative changes (arthritis)
* Tumors
* Infections * Fractures
Based on the MRI, you likely have a lumbar disc issue or spinal stenosis. Start with conservative care: gentle physical therapy, NSAIDs or acetaminophen, heat packs, and activity modification. Keep your weight in check and strengthen core muscles. If pain worsens, shows numbness, or limits daily function, consider an epidural steroid injection or surgical evaluation. Monitor symptoms closely and seek prompt care if weakness or bowel/bladder changes appear.
