Asking for Self, Male, 20 years old, PUNJAB
Assalamoalaikum I had an accident in past at age of 10 due to which my both legs were fractured femur after that I undergo 4 surgeries and insertion of rods procedure after 2 years I undergo 2 surgeries for removal of rods after few months I experienced pain still now in both legs like pain of wounds can't sit well on floor and pain during walking I think I have fracture in right leg from past 7 years Is it curable with surgery or require surgery Why I have severe pain in operations of both legs from where bone pieces were taken of
there is probably a non union of chip of bone of R greater trochanter . its romaval can be planned after discussion with orthopedic surgeon.
otherwise you can take painkillers for symptomatic relief if no discharge or infection is there.
Trochanteric fracture but wont necessarily require surgery. Physio would do the job but for better understanding u need to visit ur nearest orthopedic surgeon. Examination would be of great help
Walakum salam
Thank you
Loose piece of bone on top of right Femur, looks extra bone formation on top of nail ? it happens sometimes. Please share pictures before removal of nail and after first surgery when fracture was fixed with nail and also very first picture after fracture

could be musculoskeletal in origin. repeated surgeries itself cause tissue damage. there is non united chunk of bone. all of these are contributory factors.
