Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Fracture Aferter Surgery Difficult To Move Ankle Right Leg

AOK ,all Doc, 4 months ago my right ankle fracture , surgery done plat screw is fixed, after surgery 3 months 20 days gone, till now, 3 month my leg plaster, now plaster remove, now during 22 days i moving foot or fingers, it is difficult to remove heel , or foot not moving fully i am 50% weight bearing, finger side, but difficult to move heel, plz guide me what i Do? remove screw? OR only physiotherapy do ,? my problem will solve inshaAllah i am very worry about this, Thanks
