The fingers are not separated normally – two or more fingers look attached .
The fingers appear shorter and bent.
Overall, this is a hand deformity with partial fusion and contracture of fingers.
The foot has only three clearly visible toes ,others are either fused or absent.
There is also a visible swelling lump near the ankle area.
This suggests a congenital deformity of the foot (missing/fused toes) along with ankle swelling.
you are suggesting syndactyly along with some other findings. better to get examined.
