Thank you. If it's plantar fasciitis, patient should keep it In mind that it may take 1-2 years to settle completely. You need to do following: Non steroidal anti inflammatory pain killer, use silicon heel pad inside your shoe, ice pack 15 minutes 3 times a day on to your heel, physiotherapy, reduce your weight if you are overweight. You can try other modalities like ultrasound, Extracorporeal shock wave therapy, local PRP or steroid injection. Hope for the best Inshallah
