My friend mother 48 , obese, having symptoms of generalize body aches, headache,intially she found vit d deficient, and advise multivitamin and vit d suppliment by some physician, after using multivitamin and some other medicine,test is repeated which show vit D greater than 70ng/ml so need your expert opinion for increase level of vitamin d
