My esr is 58 I have knee joint pain in beginning now I have pain in phalanges hands feet sometimes in elbow and feel tired through out the day dr said I have inflammatory arthritis and give following Prednisolone tablet 5mg Eskem esomeprazole 40mg Cellgee tablet Arcox etoricoxib 60mg Salazodine EC 500mg Stomdex 30mg HCQ 200 Sulvorid 25mg Oslia capsule vitamin D3 Frendol P tablet
Have you got any lab investigations done ? If yes, share the reports.
your doctor is probably right and u should also get serum uric acid and lipid profile checked.
medication you are taking is alright but no need to take eskem nd stomdex both as both are proton pump inhibitors. if you are having gut issues you can increase stomdex to 60 mg.

your symptoms and treatment given is for Rheumatoid Arthritis. You have not mentioned important investigations like CBC, ESR, RAFactor, CRP and anti CCP.
you should consult Rheumatologist if if your disease is still not under control. Go for regular visits to your doctors who will do some investigations for side effects of these drugs and progress of your disease.
