Asking For Mother, Female 55, Karachi
My mother has joint pain in her heels, elbows and shoulder mostly and often get pain in wrists and knees. She has no medical implications apart from blood pressure, for which she takes co-eziday daily. Her weight is 65kg with height 5ft. What she does for cure is apply ice pack which reduces pain, and takes vitamin D such as osteocare and osnateD. Please suggest what can be done?
