AoA dear,4 weeks ago i was playing football and after passing football i feel pain in my knee .i used diclorain gel and neprox tablets then feel better but now i again feel pain while straightening knee .can u suggest me soultion for it any medicine or gel.i have tp go on my training after few days..thanks in advance.

if pain keeps coming back then you should get checked by orthopaedic surgeon.
following things can be done to help your knee...
physiotherapy.. quads + hams Physio
continue dicolran gel
use knee cap for support
hot / cold massage
proper running shoes
warm up before running

Knee injuries, in young athletes, have a very wide range and just from complaint of pain it is not possible to make a diagnosis and suggest treatment. A complete examination of both knees is necessary to make diagnosis and in some cases it may be necessary to do an MRI too.
