Inspection findings: The relationship between the left knee joint is normal, and the edges of all bones are smooth. No focal abnormal signal shadows are observed inside. T1WI sequence shows a linear high signal shadow below the joint capsule in the posterior corner of the medial meniscus. The anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments, as well as the inner and outer collateral ligaments, are continuous and intact, showing uniform low signal intensity. A small amount of long T1 signal shadow is observed in the joint capsule and suprapatellar capsule. A cystic long T1 and T2 signal shadow is observed in the popliteal fossa area, with clear boundaries and a size of approximately 14mm × 11mm.
We can start with prp injection and if the symptoms persist then can plan arthroscopic repair
arthroscopy and proceed
