There is no correlation between Xray Grade of knee osteoarthritis and patient pain. Need to be seen by Orthopedic Surgeon, who will assess whether you need surgery or can be managed without surgery.
Many options available to relieve pain.
1- Weight reduction if you are overweight

2- Walking stick in opposite hand of more painful knee

3- Simple Paracetamol 500 mg , 2 tablet twice daily can be tried

4- If you take regular pain killer, get your kidney function tests every 6 months

5- Other options like joint steroid, and arthroscopy management ( specific indications) can be discussed
