You should see orthopedic Surgeon near you for proper examination of your knee . With knee injury there are chances of ligaments damage or other structures inside and outside the knee. May need MRI knee depends upon the findings of examination by Orthopedic Surgeon.
Meanwhile take pain killers, do ice packing of knee. Take ice put in plastic bags, wrap in a towel and put on your knee 2-3 times daily

looks like fracture..kindly do CT to confirm...if no fracture then can do MRI later to look for meniscus or ligamentous injury
