AOA. I get knee pain If I walk or Squat on the ground. I shouldn't have it at 19 years of age. What could be the cause.

weakness of the cartilage lining the knee cap is the commonest cause. the weakness could be due to overuse or some mechanical abnormality. this has to be clinically assessed.
