Aoa, I had a twisting injury in my left knee in 2019, its been so long but still my knee locks in sujood, I feel like my left knee will give out or dislocate while walking or climbing stairs. The leg feels weaker and more bony than the other, and there's pain too. Could this be a meniscus tear? Do I need an MRI? I had X-ray back then but the radiologist said nothing was wrong. Kindly guide me.
Thank you
Need to do MRI to rule out Meniscal injury and Anterior Cruciate ligament injury. You should have done this in 2019.
Regards
I have already answered. you need clinical examination, MRI, Exercises and It's knee ligaments or cartilage injury will probably need surgery after MRI report.
