Wallycum aslam, knee replacement is major surgery, especially in younger age like your sister. Needs to establish underlying aggressive inflammatory reactions which is destroying knee. I am sure she should have other joints problems as well. Needs also rheumatology assessment as well. regards

Agreed with Dr Shahid, to establish the cause of these aggressive changes in the knee joint, inflammatory or infective . Consultation with Rheumatologist and may need tissue biopsy from the knee joint.
