Regards
first we need to identify through investigations the cause of pelvic tilt. as for your knock knees if you meet the criteria for surgical osteotomy then you should definitely go for surgery. you will need physiotherapy for a while afterwards
please see an orthopedic surgeon, who can then give you better advice.
regards
Both knock‑knee (genu valgum) and anterior pelvic tilt are usually managed with targeted physiotherapy and exercise. A skilled PT can strengthen the hip abductors, glutes, and core, stretch tight hip flexors, and correct gait patterns. Most people improve without surgery; surgery is reserved for severe, persistent cases or when conservative care fails. Regular follow‑up in an OPD setting lets the clinician monitor progress and adjust the program. If you notice no improvement after several months or have pain that limits function, discuss surgical options with an orthopaedic specialist.
