Mujye by birth hip dysplasia tha jis ky liye Mera Total hip replacement hui hai Karachi Agha Khan say. But Meri Abhi b leg length main difference hai. main isko equal Karna Chahta hoon Mera goal Hai ke meri femur say lengthing Ki jaye. Pakistan me konsay procedure\'s available hain modern procedures main pricece method, fitbone method or Lengthing over nail hain. Meri femur say shortening 2.5cm hai main isko mukmal khatam karna Chahta hoon.

2.5 cm shortening, may not even require shoe raise or little shoe raise. If shortening is more than 5 cm than lengthening surgery is required.

I need to know How much difference
If less than 2 cm only need shoes Raising on affected side
If more than 2 cm it will affect other joints need Reavulation regarding surgery

after a total hip replacement I would strongly advise to use just a shoe raise and not touch this leg which might cause more difficulties for you.
