Asking For Other, Male 26, Lahore
I’ve noticed that the portion of my legs below the knees is getting thinner, and my knee bones seem to be protruding and smaller in size. The area above my knees, however, looks heavier, almost as if there is extra fat. Also, when I sit in one place for a long time, my heels hurt when I stand up, but the pain reduces after a few seconds. What could be the reason for this?
