Asking For Self, Male 18, Rawalpindi
Main fast bowler hoon. Bowling ke doran injury hogyi thi 29 December 2024 ko. Aaj 2 May 2025 hai, 4+ mahine ho gaye hain. Abhi tak theek nahi hua.
Main 3 dafa doctor ke paas gaya hoon — ek dafa Orthopedic aur do dafa Rheumatologist ko dikhaya hai.
Masla yeh hai ke pain aur stiffness aik jaga rukta nahi. Kabhi left leg mein hota hai (sciatic type pain), kabhi right QL muscle mein, kabhi right oblique mein, kabhi mid back, kabhi lower back, aur kabhi spine mein.
Kabhi pain sharp hota hai, kabhi sirf tightness ya stiffness hoti hai. Raat ko sone mein side change karne par dard hota hai. Kabhi kabhi neend disturb hoti hai.
Main wapas bowling start nahi kar para. Har kuch din baad pain nayi jagah chala jata hai. Main samajh nahi pa raha ke problem muscles ka hai, nerves ka hai, ya disc ka.

Pain moves all the time sometimes right lower back, left lower back, SI joint, QL muscles, Obliques, Spines Upper back and leg pain in knee

Need to be seen by Orthopedic Surgeon/ Spinal Surgeon , than on the basis of their History/ Examination, need investigation like MRI Lumbosacral Spine to establish diagnosis. Management depends on the diagnosis.
