four month sy lower back pain ka problm move krta hh kabhi naechy hony lag jata kabhi upr shouldrz mn..r zeada pain ki shidat midnight mn hoti b mdcn asr nhi kar rhi pain killr b r inj relax mdcns b ly rahi hn koi b asr nhi hi do din aram ajta hy bd mn phir vce e shru hojata use kar rahi sy thora sa frk prta h bd m phr mn kbhi b pain nhi hiva.
