I am having pain in my lower back. It’s been a week, and my ultrasound showed bilateral calyceal Fullness along with cystitis. I was given antibiotics because my urine analysis showed pus cells 3-5, numerous RBCs, and few epithelial cells. I took antibiotics, specifically cefixime and ceftriaxone, and I’m also taking Cranex.but still after three days i felt pain what will be the reason

3 days are not enough to treat uti completely . take pain killers and ciproxin is particularly suited for uti in my opinion in un complicated cases. in cases of complicated uti or recurrent attacks phosphomycin may be given. its better to consult with complete history and do take urologists opinion.
