Asking for Self, Male, 45 years old, Islamabad
Assalamu Alikum I am 45 years old and now experiencing weakness in my hands and knee joint issues. I have severe pain in my left foot, especially when climbing stairs. Walking on flat surfaces is manageable, but stairs and prolonged walking cause burning sensations and pain in my knees. Can you recommend a good doctor who can perform an X-ray or scan of my foot and knees, and assess my muscle condition?

Initially I feel leg joints and ankles joints Extra bone issues and muscle issues now feeling swelling on leg. To review to different Orthopaedic and general physician following are findings but my general physician is saying that *frankly speaking I don't know what is the actual issues*
I need open support if you can help on below issues and findings.
Details:
Your Major Health Issues (Based on Tests and Symptoms):
1. Leg swelling & ankle joint changes: Mild fluid retention + possible joint degeneration or inflammation.
2. Low energy & muscle weakness: Possibly from borderline kidney function, mild protein imbalance, or low-level inflammation.
3. Kidney function:
eGFR = 66 → mild decrease in kidney function (Stage 2 CKD).
Creatinine = 1.26 → borderline high.
Trace protein in urine → early sign of kidney stress.
4. Electrolytes & blood: All within normal, no anemia.
5. Liver, Heart, Thyroid, Lungs: All functioning normally.
6. Rheumatoid/Autoimmune: Anti-CCP negative, ESR normal → unlikely autoimmune arthritis.
7. Urine crystals (Amorphous urates) → May be due to mild dehydration or protein breakdown.
