Lower back muscle pain. Has been constant for almost a year. Not felt in bones. All the time. Sometimes a little but mostly a lot. Which doctor should I consult with?

Nuberol forte tab
1+1 if you feel more pain

Don't bend forward
No weight lifting
Sit on a chair with arms
