Aslamalikum, give her neural fort and tablet synflex 550 one or 2 times a day, she need physiotherapy otherwise will develop frozen shoulder
She needs proper guidance from orthopedic surgeon and then go for the Physio therapy. Otherwise this pan will worsen.
