Neck Stiffness and Tiredness

I have been experiencing persistent stiffness and a feeling of tiredness in my neck for a long time. The stiffness affects both sides and the back of my neck and is usually worse in the morning. It tends to improve after taking a warm bath. I also notice cracking sounds when moving my neck. The symptoms interfere with my daily comfort and I would like to be evaluated to determine the underlying cause and the appropriate treatment.

Thank you. Better to see any orthopedic Surgeon near you for proper assessment necessary investigations to establish the diagnosis and than management. Meanwhile you can start following medicine. Ibuprofen 400 mg twice daily after food. Omeprazole 20mg one tablet at night if you feel heartburn or pain in stomach. Use thin pillow while sleeping, don't bend your neck forward. Regards
