Since when you have foreign body granuloma on wrist?
Was the foreign body successfuly removed during operation?
Is there any discharge? If yes wether it is blood stained, serous, or pus discharge?
Did you get xrays for this? If it is involving underlying bone or not?
Did you get culture?
And what treatment including medications you have so far taken?
It would help me treat your condition better.
