Non Union Femur Fracture

Question

I had an accident 7 months ago in which nail implant in femur bone and wires in Patella after 4 months No bone healing shows in the xray and I have to go through the another surgery In which upper screw were removed and after 2 months of 2nd surgery bone is still not healing I have done some test it's showing some infection CRP (6.5) and PDW (20.6) rate is high please suggest me a treatment that will actually help me to heal my bone

Please always wait for the fracture to heal. you should wait for 6 months with partial weight bearing or toe touch as per advice of your doctor.
please always share your xray when ever you are talking of non-union.
Some times there is delayed union, but union union does occur.
please be Patient.
