Aoa. I have pain in my knees. Can't bend. MRI report me partial tear of interior cruciate ligament aya ha. Pochna ye ha k ye curable ha. Or medicine se kitna time lagay ga. Ab both knees me problem ha. Depomedrol lagaya tha 1 Dr ne but koi frk nahi. I know ap sab khengy kisi or Dr ko dikhaen. Definitely mene jana ha bus pareshani ye ha k ye sahi ho jata ha k nahi. Or kia parhez hain. Being a housewife can't do bed rest all time. TIA

medicine se is ka ilaj nahi hota. agar ap ko knee problem hu rahi hai, phir surgery kerwa lain.
bed rest ka koi faida nahi...ap ko knee physio for ACL REHAB kerni chahiye.us se muscles strong hun gay.

ACL reconstruction is a one day procedure as it is done arthroscopically. If you are an office worker then you may return to work, after ACL surgery, within 5-6 weeks. For field work the recovery time may be 3 months. It is possible toarrage and do surgery on 23rd of September though I advise you to see orthopaedic surgeon on 23rd Sep and if needed and agreed then surgery on 24th Sep.

ACL partial tear ki aam tor pey surgery nahi kerni parti. Non athletes mein tu surgery bohat hi kum kerni parti hey. Lekin knee pain ki wajah kuch aur bhi hosakti hey. ziada tar makhsoos exercises aur medicines sey afaqa ho jata hey.
