I did home exercises for 2 weeks, 25 min daily, includs Butt bridge, Pilates clamshell, leg raises, wall sits, squats, crunches, high knee, and stretches. One day I felt light pain in both knees but continued for 2 days, then stopped when pain increased. Next day, my foot slipped, and weight went on my right knee, worsen the pain. Day by day pain increase While sitting or lying, folding my right leg felt stuck on right knee a sec then loud pop came. I experience sudden pain layers on both knees, numbness below my feet continues or kb zda jb chal ky rukti hu, nd vibrate hoti right leg jb zda chalti . Burning sensations occur randomly on any pont of legs. My knees look normal, no swelling, just clicks on right knee mostly, pain, and numbness, vibration. On both sides along I hear click on upper inner sides of both thigh when i up thn lower my leg and sometimes on back nd feel tightness on knee when i fold much. It's been 1 month (20 Sep-20 Oct). I've had 2 Acabel & 2 Mecobal injecti
looks like you have meniscal injury or some patellar pathology..need to rule out spinal problem as well ..you must go to ortho clinic for detailed history and examination with investigation rather than self medicating yourself

Physical examination is very important, it should be done by Orthopedic Surgeon and depending on his or her examination findings, you may need MRI of your knee and plain XRAY to establish the diagnosis and than appropriate treatment.

get xrays and mri. looks like you got some soft tissue injury. probably meniscal or ligamentous tear.
