When I bend for prayer I have pain in my left knee.leg also looks a bit swollen.age is around 40.weight 70 kg and height approximately 5 feet 4.I had throid neck surgery few years ago.Often get skin issues rashes etc and urinary tract infections.After waking up often feel little swelling on hands and forearms.
You need to check your CBC,ESR & CRP to rule out infection.if theres infection then accordingly treatment is required

if only knee joint is painful, then Get an X-ray of knee. standing ap +lateral.
and show it to an orthopaedic surgeon.
in the meantime, don't sit on floor, avoid stairs, do massage and painkillers as required.

Assalamu alaykum.female age 40 weight 70 kg.Had thyroid surgery 3 years ago. Got all tests done one year ago.got abdomen ultrasounds twice in last 2 years. All normal.I have pain in left knee while bending for one month.also some pain in right wrist.get urine and skin issues every few months. internet searches show too many tests.Out of these which are really essential that I must get done from AFIP or health ways.
