Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Osgood Schlatters Disease And Chronic Lateral Knee Pain

I have a weird history with knee pain in both knees. Before I tell in detail, kindly see the attached X-ray and let me know if I have Osgood Schlatters or not because I dont see any seperation and bone fragmentation like other osgood patients xray shows. I had this pain since a year and my doctor suggested its osgood and will go by age but I have doubts with this recent Xray. Background: 3 years ago a sharp pain on lateral side of right knee started and xrays and MRIs showed nothing then it started in the left lateral knee joint too. Then biopsy was conducted last year and it showed chronic pyogenic infection. However after this biopsy in my right knee side, the pain vanished like the tissues were taken out and it permanently fixed it. But right before biopsy, osgood started in left knee and now it feels like it has started in right knee too. I dont know what is the connection to all of this. I had no injuries at all before these knee issues.
