Asking For Self, Male 27, Rawalpindi
I went through shoulder arthroscopy 4 months ago, arthroscopy shows subacromial bursa inflamed and osteochondral defect at humeral head. Subacromial bursa was removed and I don't know what was done with the osteochondral defect. Now I am having pain but my surgeon is saying that it is muscular pain and will be okay after building muscles. He is also saying that I can lift weights and have no issue with lifting weights. Also my shoulder range of motion is improved after surgery. My question is will I be pain free after getting a good diet or not?
You need to get examined physically
after surgery your operating surgeon can guide you better
post all/full operative notes
microfracture or microdrilling techinque is most commonly done for osteochondral defects. however complete operative notes are required.
