It can be musclespasm, kch traumas esy hoty hain jis ma lzmi nahi k koi bone dislocation ho, ya bone fracture ho, kch traumas muscular bhi hoty hain, isko muscle guarding khty hain. Jo bd ma painful rhta hai.
Hopefully it will get better by using some muscle relaxants lkn agr na ho to physiotherapy sessions are beneficial to cure this pain. Better to visit nearby physiotherapy clinic
