I was kicked at the back of my waist. Now I have a traveling pain at the back of my neck. Should I worry or wait for some days and it will be okay? Like take pain killers

if kick was with full power then you should worry and get checked.
if kick was light and pain is not getting worse, then you can wait and take pain killers as required.
pain in nape is usually muscular spasm. however kick in waist region will usually produce symptoms either localized or down in legs.. if just movements of neck are restricted, apply heat (with hot cold pack) and take pain killer or muscle relaxant or apply simple home available wintogeno etc. if numbness or symptoms persist for > 3days then please get consult.
