I have avascular necrosis from 1 year. I got some medicine treatment but nothing works. Now its feel worse day by day. X-rays shows that the condition of avn is reach to stage 3. I can't send x-ray because of my mobile camera result. What should i do?

AVN once it starts, it always progresses. The pace of progression is indefinite. The only solution is surgery.

get yourself checked by an orthopedic surgeon.. if your joint is not salvageable then you may need a new joint..

there are different types of prosthesis available, on average hip replacement surgeries cost between 350,000- 800,000 PKR.. price can change according to prosthesis type market prices, surgeon fee, hospital charges etc etc...
you should visit your joint replacement surgeon for details.. as it can vary in different hospitals in different cities and for different types of prosthesis available...

salam, soon or later you will need total hip replacement (new hip joint), however your clinical examination and symptoms will decide the time. you shall visit orthopedic surgeon who is expert in replacement surgery. I am in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and you are welcome to visit me in hospital. Thanks
