Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Pain In Foot

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, Rawalpindi

I have pain in my feet every morning when I wake up. I think the pain is in the bones, specifically the ankle area and mid section of the feet. I had this issue a couple of years before as well along witb extreme pain and swelling for which I was prescribed vitamin D injections. It got okay after that. Now it has started again. There is no swelling but there’s pain. Sometimes I have pain at night too when I lie in bed even though there is not much physical activity during the day. Should I start taking some vitamins? My water intake is avergae: 6-8 glasses a day.
