Pain in joints specially in the all the joints of fingers. The intensity of pain increases after doing any work or activity. Also the lower back and knee joints hurt. Painkiller reduces the pain a bit but it never gives relief.

Giving pain killers is no solution to the problem. Your patient needs to be investigated to rule out Arthritis and to be treated according.
Ever done RA Factor,uric acid tests?? It might b arthritis. Get these tests done and meanwhile take physiotherapy sessions for pain and inflammation management
