For the past month, I have been grappling with prolonged muscle spasms occurring in various parts of my body. These spasms only subside when I consistently take muscle relaxants for 4-5 days; otherwise, they intensify.
In an effort to address this issue, I consulted a healthcare professional who suggested a Vitamin D deficiency might be the cause. took vitamin D capsules and also started taking multivitamins and Osnate D regularly. However, the problem persists.
Currently, I am experiencing severe muscle spasms in my neck and shoulder area, making it exceedingly painful to move my head. I also took a CBC test, and all results came back normal. Despite this, the symptoms persist.
I am reaching out for your guidance on potential solutions and if there are any additional blood tests or examinations that could shed light on the underlying cause of these persistent muscle spasms.
Thank you...
